Non existent Customer Service, please train staff!

Can you please advise if the deadline is going to be met on my order?<br> <br> Today is my 5th working day of waiting for my parcel. On Friday it was promised that the parcel will be delivered today. Today I am told that I have to wait till Thursday, however Itumeleng can not confirm if you have stock or not.<br> <br> Please can you respond to me with feedback that I can relate too, as I am not impressed with your customer service or lack there off so far.<br> <br> This is my 4th request for feedback via an email and I have called five times to follow up on an order that I have placed on the 4th, and so far I have not been contacted once by your team.<br> <br> Do you honestly think this is an acceptable customer care on your part???<br> <br> I have been reading up on all the complaints on your company and its shocking how most all of them are the same.<br> <br> I am not interested in a refund, I have ordered a microwave and expect you to deliver as promised, should you not have the model I have order please send me an additional one equivalent to the one I have ordered or better yet... If you want to WOW me send an upgrade.<br> <br> I'm looking forward to your response and thank you in advance.<br> <br> Deadline: Thursday???!
