No delivery & no feedback

Order no: ***. waybill no: CIT***9. I bought towels online from boardmans under somebody's wedding registry on the 22 Feb 2016. the following day i noticed that the parcel is registered under the brides name & address instead of mine. I contacted the call centre on ***& they advised me that the parce was despatched & I must call courierIT, I did, & they referred me to Leah bcause they are not authorised to change the address. I called her & she reffered me back to the call centre. I then started dealing with Sipho Mbele & he promised to assist me in redirecting the parcel to me and chaging the address. He has been ducking T diving ever since. He told me that he escalated the matter but no one seems to be interested. no one comes back to me at all. I have been following up on this matter by calling & calling but no one seems to care. I paid for those towels, i didnt get them for free. they are treating me like a nobody. The last person I spoke to last week was Steve who advised me that the query was sent to the incorrect department & this will be resolved last week & im still waiting & no one has bothered to come back to me. This has been going on 4 2 months now
