Never ever buy online from Boardmans

<p>Having heard nothing about my order for two weeks, I contacted customer support via email. I never received a reply. About a week later, someone phoned me to let me know that some of the items I ordered were out of stock. It was very difficult to make out what the lady said, but it seemed as though they wanted to refund the items that were out of stock and deliver the remaining items. In the end I had to cancel the entire order as I could not make out which items were out of stock, and I did not want to receive half a set of anything.</p>
