Missing Items - Refund not processed
I have placed an order on 15 July 2015, and upon delivery, half what i have ordered was missing.<br> The curtains, cutlery set and mugs were not packed.<br> I then called boardmans contact center and spoke to different consultants and supervisors/managers who all kept promising to call me back and none of them called back.<br> This morning i called again, and was told that the refund department says it was not mentioned what was missing so they could'nt process my refund.<br> Its been over 2 months now still no refund.<br> I AM NEVER DOING ONLINE WITH BOARDMANS. KAAK SERVICE THEY HAVE
