**** for the amount of discount by Boardmans

On 12/5/2015, I brought a Nespresso coffee machine from Boardmans Design Quarter branch, because they are running a promotion for Nespresso, I brought the Lattissima model, Boardmans sales consultant have discounted me with R300 in-store discount and a Naspresso voucher, when I homed, I tried to fill-in the detail required on the voucher, then I found out that on the voucher it clearly stated that for the model i brought, I should be redeem with R450 in-store discount and R450 Naspresso voucher instead of R300. Because most of the time, customer have no idea what discount on the promotion they will get, that why we need the professional assist from the shop consultant. on 19/5, I went back to the store , they just give me the answer as the manager was not in and no one know what is going on, they told me that the store manager will call me back the next day, which is never happen, I am just been fooled and **** by Broadmans!<br> <br> Unhappy customer of Boardmans<br> David<br> <br>
