Kenwood Blender

Poor service when it comes to online shopping. i bought 3 items in September 2023 and 1 of them was the Blender. After a few weeks i opened the box and wanted to use it and it was not working at all. the promised me the whole month that they will collect and only collected 1st week of January 2024, even today i am still waiting.
