Item doubled in price in a matter of minutes

I was looking to buy a set of knives on your website (Jamie Oliver Must Have Knife Block Set, SKU: ***1). I had difficulty signing onto the site due to some technical errors but I did take a screenshot of the item at a price of R329.97. When I attempted to purchase this item the price jumped to R549.95 and it has now subsequently jumped to R769.97. How is it possible that the price of this item went up twice in a matter of minutes. As mentioned I have screenshots to prove this price jump. I expect to have this knife set at the initial listed price of R329.97.
