Irresponsible Business Practice

We had purchased a number of items from the Boardman's online store over two months ago. A few days after placing the order, we received notification that not all items were in stock. We opted for partial delivery and to wait for the rest. What they advised was out of stock and what was actually delivered (and represented by the delivery note) doe not reconcile. After a month we made contact to enquire when we will receive the outstanding items. The response received was that enquiries will be made but it has been over a month since that response was sent and now all we get is no returned emails from the consultant. We now also observe that the items that were not available are on sale again at Boardman. How can they not deliver to u? None of the paperwork reconciles with the online portal. The entire online store is a mess and there does not seem to be accountability from Boardmans for the irresponsible business practices that are taking place.

More than a month later this matter has not been resolved. I had sent emails hoping it would be but now there are no longer responding. There is either ***** happening at Boardmans/Edcon or Edcon is de*****ing its customers. They still owe me a large consignment of goods. The online store is a joke at best. Someone at a senior level needs to take ownership to resolve. Surely a business cant be run in this manner. Clients are basically providing working capital for them. This must be some sort of *****.
