Good day

I went to Boardmans in Lifestyle Mall Centurion on Friday 22 January 2016. while shopping, i came across a kitchen strainer/sieve with the price tag of R19.00, i proceeded to pay for the item and was told by the cashier that its R119.00! I disputed this as it was clearly marked R19.00. She called the store manager Jeminah who apologized that it was the labeling machines error and the item is R119.00. I enlightened her to the fact that the customer pays for the amount that is displayed on the item. She was not interested and proceeded to show me other incorrectly priced items in the store that they had rectified using a pen. what bothers me the most is the kitchen item i wanted was not the only thing in the store that has been incorrectly labelled and she was proud to parade these items in front of me and tell me they have a faulty machine that gives incorrect amounts, she even said her staff are not perfect just like me and i cannot expect them to see every item is correctly labelled in the store! she was not interested in assisting me and correcting their negligence, instead she gladly gave me the number to complain to. what is the customer to do in this situation?
Best regards,
