Incomplete order delivered
<p>I ordered 9 towels on the website in May and received only 4 of them today. There's an an invoice attached inside the box that has ticks next to the 4 delivered but my order reflects as complete on the system. If you look at the size of the box that it was delivered in, you would clearly see that it's impossible to fit 9 towels in that box size. i have sent an email regarding my incomplete order. This was the first time that I had purchased something on their website and will certainly be the last. I am dreading the process of trying to get my refund for the remaining 5 towels. </p>

I had contacted the call centre this morning to get told that the remaining 5 towels are still being sourced and apparently someone was suppose to call me before they delivered to inform me of my incomplete delivery. They also cant give me a an expected delivery date for the rest of stuff. My order number is ********** 89.
The missing SKUs are as follows:

********** 2
********** 0

So one month later and I am still waiting for my refund. I have called every week since my incomplete order was received. Pure incompetence. I speak to managers and keep getting told my refund is expected in the coming Friday and it never happens. I would not suggest buying online from Boardmans, its not worth the time and effort. There are many other competitors that I have bought online from and never experienced any issue with. They actually inform you that they are out of stock and refund you immediately before shipping the rest of of your order. Absolutely pathetic, Boardmans should not run a call centre if all they are capable of doing is just answering the telpehone but are too *********** to assist you with a refund.
