*********** staff no respect for the customers time

Frequently I return items to Boardman’s in the Vanderbijlpark Mall and each time it takes them a minimum of 20minutes to handle a returned item. It’s a simple transaction/return and one time I waited 30 minutes until the lady finally figured out how the copy machine worked. The second time I returned an item it was the same story with the printer. When do they ever train because it’s the same ladies who never learn? And why must the customer wait a minimum of 20minutes for an item to be returned?
