<p>I have ordered items online from Boardmans on 25th Nov 2016! Received an email a week later 1 Dec 2016 from Tiyani saying that Boardmans unable to source some of the items. I then requested a refund. </p> <p>It has been 3 weeks and I still have NOT been refunded. Pathetic customer service from Boardmans. I have emailed and contacted Boardmans numerous times however no response.</p> <p>Will definitely not be buying from Boardmans again! </p> <p>My Boardman's Online order no:BDM ********** 01</p>
