goods not delivered on purchased products

Hi,<br> <br> I would like to find out why I am still waiting for my order more than a WEEK after my purchase with absolutely no communication from you and empty promises about delivery by this week. I have called your call centre countless times and no one can help me, even the manager does not answer he phone.<br> <br> This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable, that no one is willing to take accountability for my order and either send me the products purchased or refund my money. Edcon / Boardmans services are shocking. This is not how you treat consumers!<br> <br> Please deliver my product or give me a full refund immediately so I can take my business to another store.
