From Pathetic to worse than pathetic service

So I complained about my order not being delivered due to Boardmans not having stock. They deliver today BUT NOT TO ME!!! i received an email to say it was delivered but it wasnt delivered to me or my house. I contacted Boardmans and they are of NO help watsoever. Their customer service line is pathetic, you cant even speak to any higher management, just call centre agents who are sooo delayed and they want me to phone the courier company when it isn't even my problem. It clearly stated S Moodley on the invoice, how can you deliver to a person with a different surname and there is only ONE East Street in Dalton. By the time Boardmans takes 48hours to reply my mail, the person who received my stuff might have already used it. I even asked the agent to call me back today but he hasn't gotten back to me, I have to phone them
