Some time in April/May I went to Boardmans in hopes of exchanging my bathroom scale that wasn't working which I thought had a warranty, unfortunately I didn't have a slip for it...So a cashier(culprit) asked for a card to see if whether they will be able to locate a transaction of that purchase. After all the run around I was later told that they are unable to exchange the scale as I didn't have a proof of a sale,I stormed out of a place because of being disgusted of the time I waisted there..

On the 23rd of May I went to Edgard in Cape Town to make a payment and that is when i realised my card is missing, I cancelled the card and made a new one on the same when i got home I realised that my current balance was high by R2449.00..so it was easy for me to know that I left my card at boardmans because I haven't used my card in a while I only use it when i make payments of settling my account. and the last i had used it, it was when my card was asked for at Boardmans.

cameras don't go far back on the dates i visited the store,no archives..nothing..which i think its very pathetic.

I will be filling in my dispute form today, hope all goes well for me...
