False Advertising and disappointment

<p> </p> <p>I sent the below mail to customer care on the 9th September 2016 and still have not recived a response!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I really wanted this vacuum cleaner..( see picture) On the website it says available in store.. I went to the store in Canal walk and I was told that they were out of stock. I then ask them to check which store has it. First they couldn’t find the item. Then I get told its discontinued. In my opinion this is not true as I see other suppliers have this cleaner.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, why does it say available in store , when it is not in store?</p> <p>Secondly the item is not discontinued and why do staff say it is discontinued?</p> <p>Thirdly, if you don’t stock it, why is it still on your system??</p>
