Exceptional client service

Lots of thanks and appreciation to Esme Lerato Temeki from Boardman's Design Quarter, she has delivered exceptional client service. I phoned every Boardman's trying to look for the White Duck Feather & Down Duvet Inner in a Queen size, no one was able to assist me. Eventually I called *** and this lady by the name of Esme Lerato Temeki answered the call, she spoke very well and clearly and she had so much patience as I explained my story to her. Wow! She had called me on numerous occasions asking me to please be patient as she is awaiting information on the duvet inner.Within an hour I received a call from her advising me she had found the duvet and already contacted the courier company to drop it off at Boardman's The Glen same day. Within a couple hours she had called again advising me that the duvet had been picked up, & it would be at the Glen before end of business. All I can say is that Esme Lerato Temeki has delivered Exceptional Service to me, I would recommend her for any award, she really went out of her way to make a customer happy and delivered exceptional service . Please ensure this is passed to her as she needs to know what impact she make's to her clients
