DO NOT BUY FROM BOARDMANS!!

This is by far the worst online shop to ever exist. i wish I had read the reviews before making the purchase . I ordered a duvet cover set from their online website. When it arrived, the pillow cases were a completely different colour from the duvet cover. The pillow cases have tags from Mr Price Home. I sent an email and they requested for pictures and I sent them. I heard nothing from them for 3 weeks. I followed up and the response was that my ticket has been closed and the discrepancy is due to lighting which is completely false. The product is not as advertised and that is clear as day light but they refuse to take accountability. Never buying from them ever again!!!
