Charged twice & terrible customer service!!!

Dear Boardmans I am appalled by the customer services I have received from your management Boardmans Online Customer Relations Managers. I placed an online order 17/06/2015 (order number ***). The delivery time was give 2-5 working days. After 5 working days I contacted the Boardmans Online customer services (and emailed them). It took at least 6 calls and 4 more working days before I received the item. To no surprise the item was incorrect and I again had to contact the group. Another 5 working days later I received an alternative model and was promised a gift card as compensation for all my calls, inconvenience (living without a microwave and a small baby is no joke). I received my Edgars statement and saw that I was charge twice for the item on 17/06/2015. What a nightmare. Numerous calls to your Boardmans Online Customer Service group and neither has the double charge been sorted nor have I received ANY calls/correspondence or gift card. I spoke on numerous occasions to both managers Fatima & Elsa but both failed to ever call me back or resolve the issues. Regards A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
