Brilliant customer service going the extra mile!

I received fantastic service from Lizzie Adams at Boardmans Vaal Mall Background: I have received a Boardmans voucher from my employer as a reward recently and wanted to use the voucher to buy a coffee machine, but unfortunately there is no Boardmans in Bloemfontein. I then tried to buy it from Boardmans online, to my great disappointment, they do not allow online purchase with vouchers.... Out of desperation, I looked-up the e-mail address of the Boardmans closest to me, which was Vaal Mall and send an e-mail, explaining my situation. To my surprise, I promptly received a reply from Lizzie, indicating that the requested item is not in stock but she has already requested that it should be sourced from another store and that she will let me know as soon as it arrives, where after we can proceed with the transaction. She immediately phoned me when she received it and 1 day later, I received a phone call from Edgards in Bloemfontein informing me that my parcel has been delivered. This service was brilliant and it exceeded my greatest expectations! Boardmans, I just want to tell you that you that Lizzie is really an exceptional employee! Signed a very happy customer Loraine
