Brabantia - Five Star Customer Service.

I have owned a brabantia kitched dustbin for 10 years. The lid push mechanism broke which meant that I had to leave the lid open. I found a replacement lid on the Brabantia website. With no questions asked, Brabantia accepted an order for a new lid which was free of charge; I just had to pay for the shipping. I received it in 4 days. Incredible service and a full five stars to Brabantia.
