Boardmans WORST ONLINE COMPANY EVER!!! Takes your money gives you no goods in return and cannot do refunds

<p>WORST ONLINE COMPANY EVER! DONT BUY ANYTHING YOU WONT SEE YOUR PRODUCT OR MONEY EVER AGAIN<br />As confirmed by Boardmans in a previous reply our order was cancelled beginning December 2016 (Since they forced us to cancel it because they could not deliver paid goods that we needed for a function) and they STILL havent refunded is! (today is 23 January 2017) Pathetic call centre that cannot give you any answers but just tells you the Managers are working on the refunds and that there is a big backlog...sure i understand that there must be a huge backlog since Boardmans are so useless you must have thousands of customers wanting refunds! No wonder Edcon cannot turn a profit.... <br />23 Jan: Customer experience says manager Khethiwe will have to chat to the Online team since customer experience cannot talk to them....Just more uselessness every time I call... (Insert vomit sound here)</p>
