Boardmans takes money for orders but does not deliver

I placed an order online with Boardmans 2 weeks ago and have still not received my order. The numerous emails and online forms I have sent requesting for feedback have been totally ignored. This business is quick to take customer's money but they do not deliver. Absolutley pathetic experience with this company and I do not recommend anyone to shop on Boardmans online store. Rather stick to takealot and makro where you will receive good service
