Boardmans provides disgusting service!
My experience with Boardmans has been nothing but disgusting.<br> <br> The staff are highly unprofessional, rude and just down right ***********. I have dealt with 2 branches and received the exact same pathetic service. No one seems to care about customer service and they speak to you as if you are wasting their time.<br> <br> I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for an order which I was told would be delivered in 5 working days... Still no package to be found even after correspondence and empty apologies from staff.<br> <br> No one answers the phones, especially at design quarter. They may as well deem their phone as an ornament.<br> <br> I cannot put into words how shocking their service is. I'm surprised these branches are still in business.

The store management will make certain that this kind of incident does not re occur and provide the necessary training for our staff members.
