Boardmans Online Shopping let down ***/GO
<p>We bought products on Boardmans Website and got confirmation of sale 26 November. Boardmans informed delivery would be 2-5 business days and thanked us for our purchase via email. To date 5 business days have passed without a single email or contact about our order. We phoned them and sent 3 emails to enquire and they said they are still trying to source the products but will contact us someday in the future when they have the stock. This is nonsense. It clearly states that delivery is 2-5 business days on the email confirmation and nowhere on the website did it say no stock or that it would take extra time to get the products. Obviously we ordered the goods with the intention on using it on a specific date and now that wont happen it seems. <br /><br />On the flip side we ordered on a later date from Takealot and the goods was delivered in 3 days and received about 3 emails tracking our order and delivery progress. Awesome stuff Takeloat, bad form Boardmans.</p>

WORST ONLINE COMPANY EVER!
As confirmed by Boardmans comment above the order was cancelled 8 December 2016 (Since they forced us to cancel it) and they STILL havent refunded is! (today is 16 January 2017) Pathetic call centre that cannot give you any answers but just tells you the Managers are working on the refunds and that there is a big backlog...sure i understand that there must be a huge backlog since Boardmans are so useless you must have thousands of customers wanting refunds! No wonder Edcon cannot turn a profit....
