Boardmans Online Poor Service
An online purchase (value R518) was delivered to me containing broken mugs and two missing items. I had paid in full by credit card as per order process online for the goods and delivery fee at R65.<br> Communication by email to Boardmans on same day only generated a standard template response with the promise of responding soon.<br> Numerous emails and telephone calls to Boardmans in almost two months now have still resulted in zero action by Boardmans, leaving me, the customer, out of pocket and without the design of mugs I wanted which are now out of stock.<br> I should have checked Hello Peter before placing an order online as I now see there are numerous complaints of the same nature here.<br> My order no is *** dated 3 January - I will appreciate Boardmans getting in touch with me to resolve this issue.
