Boardman's Online - Pathetic service when it comes to returns

I purchased a Mellerware Kettle from Boardmans online. The kettle started to bubble up on the lid within a week. I sent an email and after a few days arrangements were made to collect the kettle. It's been 2 weeks and i have not had any feedback. The call centre number does not work. I send emails and there is no clear indication on the progress that's been made. Such bad service. Unbelievable
