Boardmans Online owes me Money!!

<p>So on the 4th July Mpho Malele from Edcon sent me an email to inform me that they were out of stock on some items i ordered, and that they will be refunding my account. I then sent him and boardmans an email on the 11, 15,28 July as well as the 4th August requesting my refund. He responded on the 4th August saying the refund took place on the 15th July. I checed online and went into a branch an no refund had taken place. The balance on my account is basically the refund that must be paid to me, but now they are charging me interest because it looks like i owe them money, when they the ones owing me!! Is this how you do business by taking ppls money that does not belong to you??? I want my refund as well as the interest reversed!! I have sinced mailed them on the 5,12,16,19 August and again today, and yet NO RESPONSE! Pathetic!</p>
