Boardmans Online is useless

<p>I bought my items on the 3rd of December. According to their website it takes around 3 - 5 working days to deliver, but mine were delivered after 6 weeks and forget about all the excuses I was told. When they finally deliver, there were 2 items shot of which they informed me but they didnt process my refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called more that 3 times with regard to my refund but to no avail. Today I spoke to Spice who told me that Edcon has not processed any refunds for the past 3 months cause of the bank's problem - professional lier. How possible is that that? and if this was true the lady I spoke to last week should have mentioned it.</p> <p>Anyway, Boardmans ALL I NEED IS MY MONEY AND I WORKED VERY HARD FOR IT.</p> <p>Order # ********** 11</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
