Boardmans online CLUELESS!!!

<p>ordered an iron and ironing board online. supposed to be delivered in 3-5 working days.</p> <p>11 working days later i contacted them cos no delivery and no communication from them. Was told an item was ou tof stock. Told them to cancel and refund me. 5 days later still waiting for refund. Staff very unhelpful over the phone. No one can tell me where is my money. They are clueless its no wonder the Boradmans brand is dying.</p> <p>Ps. Ordered teh same items from takealot.com at 10h00 was delivered free at 14h00. Wow!</p>
