Boardmans Klerksdorp has the worst service!!

Im not sure what the exact date was but there was a special that if you buy over R1000 you get 20% off and over R2000 you get 30% off and so on,so I went and bought over a R1000 worth of bedding and a duvet,got to the counter to pay, and when they swiped my card and the transaction went through the lady forgot to give me the 20% off,it was R700 that I was to get off,so after 20mins they gave me a giftcard,i was highly disgusted! So maybe 2 weeks later I thought that I would go back to spend that money and I bought a pillow of aprx R180 and left,when I went back for the 3rd time there was only R160 left on the giftcard??? I asked the manager to look on the camara because I was not there to buy anything but that single pillow, I was told that he would have a look and contact me within a weeks time. I has been longer than 3 weeks that I have waited for his response!!! Im fed up!! Worst service ever!!! They owe me R520! It is pathetic.
