Boardmans: DONT order from them you will NEVER receive your goods
<p>Ordered onlinr from them, goods does not arrive, , contacted them multiple times, they confirmed they have stock but cannot tell me why they dont ship my order!!!!(***????) everytime a 15minn call to their call centre that cannot assist is any way since they cannot contact the Online Management Team, they forced me to cancel my order after 2 weeks, probably wont receive a refund judging by their inaptitude in handling my original order. DONT BUY FROM THEM, save yourself the sneakiness and grief.</p>

WORST ONLINE COMPANY EVER!
As confirmed by Boardmans comment above the order was cancelled 8 December 2016 (Since they forced us to cancel it) and they STILL havent refunded is! (today is 16 January 2017) Pathetic call centre that cannot give you any answers but just tells you the Managers are working on the refunds and that there is a big backlog...sure i understand that there must be a huge backlog since Boardmans are so useless you must have thousands of customers wanting refunds! No wonder Edcon cannot turn a profit....
