Boardmans delivers part order and won't refund dif

I have 2 orders which I placed AT THE END OF JUNE. for both orders I received calls from Boardmans saying they didn't have enough stock available and do I want a refund or will I wait for the items. On both I said I would wait for the items. On the one order, I didn't receive items to the value of R1 369.40. On the second order I didn't recive items worth R464.92. After a month of waiting I called in to the call centre and enquired when these items would be delivered, and I was told the orders were complete! Do date I've received a partial refund of R149.96 and R299.90, but nobody will tell me what it's for and what is happening with the rest of the refund/order. I am tired of the constant calls I have to make to the call centre and no help forthcoming. I am irate beyond belief and will NEVER buy from boardmans again. Online or otherwise. It's almost 4 month since I placed my orders and still not resolved! Disgusting!
