Be warned - don't buy from Boardmans Online

I made an online purchase from Boardmans during a sale. The website promises delivery between 2-5 days. Mine arrived only 8 days later. I did buy a lot of items and only opened the boxes that evening to find one of the items - a beaded ornate mirror missing. Their antiquated packing slip method which consists of a tick on a printed page seems to indicate that it was packed. The very next day I logged a call using their online store email address. That was on the 24th of July. 2 weeks later and I still am waiting for someone to respond. I have called twice and email 3 times to get someone to follow up. The worst part is that the mirror was the most expensive item on the list. Be Warned - check every item there and then in front of the delivery person before signing. Best yet - don't use online shopping with Boardmans because it is definitely not stress free.
