Bad Online service
<p>I ordered my goods on the 02December online, on the 16 Dec guy called Sphiwe from this number ********** 180, called to tell me that they don't have one of the items I ordered. He said they will deliver before Christmas. He was just letting me know, told him don't want excuses want my delivery on time. On the 19th received an email that my order is with the courier, to this day they haven't delivered. Boardmans online staff is either they were never trained to deal with customers or they are just plain unprofessional and ***********. When you call them they give more excuses than the solution, and everyone seems to not know what they are doing. Their service is very poor and worse. I advice any person to not use their online store is pathetic.</p>

This people just write this response to suit themselves, in reality they didn't do anything to resolve this matter. I still don't have my goods, and they called me once with a pathetic excuse that the order number they gave me shows someone else's name. How stupid do this people think I'm. This is getting too far and I don't like it, if they are people who are working in Boardmans one of them will resolve this matter.
