9 days later no delivery seen

last week i receive a call from boardmans and i was promised that i will receive my order sometime this week, yesterday i called to find out if my order is on the way and i found out that the order is still with them the reason being the is an item that is out of stock, i don't understand this because their system did not indicate that those items were out of stock, as a result 9 days later i am still sitting here waiting for my order that was meant to be my mothers birthday present but the day has passed and i am still waiting for my order, what hurts even more is that no one bothers to call me and explain to me the situation i always have to call them to hear more disappointing news, i mean what is the use of them having an on line shopping system if its now working, i have never experience such a disappointment with any orders that i have made in my like, this is causing me a headache.
