FAILURE TO DELIVER ONLINE PURCHASE
I strongly advise against purchasing anything online from Board Hub (www.boardhub.co.za). I recently bought rollerskates, only to discover after several days and multiple follow-ups that the skates I ordered were unavailable. Instead, they sent me pictures of alternative options. The lack of communication and poor customer service has left me deeply disappointed. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter, and this level of complacency is unacceptable. Additionally, my attempts to contact Board Hub via email were unsuccessful, as their inbox was full. I am currently waiting for a refund and will not be making future purchases from them.

The only response I've received is from a sales representative promising a refund that has yet to be issued. There is no accounts department or authority I can contact. This Boardhub business is extremely unprofessional.
