Paid for kitchen cupboard materials and materials not received.

I received the worst customer service from Board City Lenasia branch.

I bought material for build in cupboards which I paid for in March 2020 and I never received the materials and I lost my money.

I did not collect the material after purchasing it because they advised me to collect it when it is cut and edged.

I had a problem with obtaining a carpenter since I can else the carpenter that I found in their shop who pretended to be their employee but he was not their employee.

That guy is well known to the staff and is always in their shop and he tricks customers.

I told them my problem for cancelling hom to do the cipboardd for me and I demanded my materials but they ewdusedbyo give me the materials and recommended that I collect the materials when I have a new carpenter with measurements.

They assured me that the material is safe and I must come when I am ready.

I went to their store December 2020 and they assured me that the materials is still not despatched and I must come when I am ready with measurements but they told me that I can choose new boards and I can change the colours if I want to. They still assured me that my material was safe with them and I can come when I am ready. they no.longer had the tops that I paid for as they sold them ans I can still get the same boards or I can choose new board if I want to change colours.

They also told me that they no longer have the ceasarstone tops that I paid for and I will have to choose from the quartz tops that they have in stock. I initialy paid for 3 metres of ceaserstone but told I must opt for quartz which was cheaper as they sold my ceasderstone that I paid for.

At that point I still dodnt have a carpenter and they still assured me that the material was not dispatched.

Between 2020 ans 2024 I visited the store in 2021, 2022, 2023 and now in 2024 when I went two months ago, was told the material was despatched in Decenbrr 2020.

All this time when I went to the store they assured me the material was still safe with them. Only when I came with the new carpenter they told me the material was despatched in December 2020 on the same day that I was at the store. I was at their store in December 2020 and the same day after I left then the material was despatched. . What a coincidence.

The manager was rude and refuse to give me my material and also refused to refund mey money. He told me insisted that I must give him the in voices which I did not have as I think they took when I was at their store when they were attending to me. He refused to furnish me with the camera recordings showing who collected the material on the 17th of December 2020. I want to see those camera recordings.

I am a pensioner and can not throw away R7880.00.

Had they agreed that I take my materials in 2020 I would not be in this situation.
