No response

I am dependant on BHF for a practice number for my daily income. It has been more than 2 weeks where I received no response from them regarding this manner. I sent several emails and phoned up to date 13 times. No answer. No response. I cant generate income without a practice number and I have done everything from my side, paid all the fees, fulfilled all the requirements but no feedback. This is utterly unacceptable as I feel I have paid for their service and are left helpless if no one gets back to me.
