CAN'T CONTACT BHF?????

I am also a practitioner and I can't get hold of BHF. I have also sent numerous emails and tried to phone. I get no answer to anything. This unacceptable! I have no way of finding out their banking details and also dependent on them for my income. HOW does one get hold of BHF?????
