Bad service

I took my Golf in for wheel alignment on the 04/09/2017 to Dunlop Boabab Bande Louis Trichardt. The worker who did the alignment had to lock the tie rod and to do that he took of the Tie Rod boot and never put it back in place. when i went back today 05/09/2017 just to ask if he could do that he is denying that he removed it and started screaming at me and saying he didn't remove it. i also noticed a knocking sound that was never there before when i stop and pull away and i also mentioned that to the company and they said that it was not there problem. All these problem only start after i took it to them for wheel alignment.. i ask in a polite manner if they could just have a look and they told me to leave.
