BOA Jewellery Incompetence? Theft?

BOA Jewellery Sea Point/Woodstock Shocking; my daughter bought jewellery but returned it to the Woodstock branch for reasons of very poor quality. She wanted a refund; a month later still no refund or any communication; this is incompetence if not theft. And of course I expect a flood of five star ratings after mine to drown out the truth about this business.
