BOA CPT - Pathetic service

I placed an order with BOA CPT in Oct 2021. My order got delivered Dec 2021 with a missing custom gold earring. I enquired about the missing earring Dec 2021. I got feedback that they reached out to the supplier in Dec 2021. I followed up Feb 2022 - they responded saying they waiting for its release. I followed up May 2022 and June 2022 both via Instagram (where I have been communicating with them and via the support mailbox. I still have not received my item.

To say I am disgusted at the service is an understatement. The service has been pathetic.
