Terrible Customer Service - Poor Management

I had the worst experience at this place! I was assisted 20 minutes later than the scheduled time and the the****** who helped me used a gel lamp that was broken in half. I went for a gel pedicure and needless to say, because of the state of the lamp, four days later, the gel started to peel. I was unable to go back to the salon sooner and eventually went back seven days later, and I was then told that I needed to pay to have it fixed by Warren Orrie (he seems to be the manager - an individual with no customer relations skills, and no beauty knowledge). I was shunned and treated like an animal. As if it was my fault that their standard was below mediocre. A few of the the******s in the salon told me that they've had the same problem before as the the****** who had assisted me has issues with her lamp. The gel does not set properly and that it was definitely not my fault that the gel was peeling. Gel polish is supposed to last for at least 3 weeks. In the end, after arguing with them and a lot of back and forth, one of the the******s offered to remove the gel for me and she mentioned that they can just deduct it from her commission as the way they were handling the situation was ********* and unfair toward me as the customer. Clearly BOA Beauty's management team have no regard and respect for their customers. DO NOT waste your time at this place. AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
