BOA beauty durbanville no etiquette

So we were so excited to book champagne pedi's for my best friends birthday. Tried phoning 17th january twice then resorted to whatsapping them for a group booking. All messages red no response whatsoever. Then whatsapp again morning of 18january message red no response. Phoned 7 times today just so they can put down the phone in my ear twice. Then call me back I answer and they put down the phone again. I phoned back and it just kept ringing. Worst service ever. I will take the 3 potential clients elsewhere since business etiquette is no where. Very dissapointed as we were looking so forward.
