BOA beauty durbanville

Good Day to whomever this may concern, I was not happy with my experience to day at your guys durbanville branch... Today the 30/11/2022 was my appointment, I called reception at boa durbanville to ask the if it's possible to add art to my nails because I was not sure on the website when I made my appointment... The lady's exact words was yes sure no problems I then can pay after my nails are done....then I get to my appointment show the lady what I want then she said no sorry there won't be enough time, then I was starting to get annoyed, so she went on to filing my nails and tips and she was filling so hard that she filled my skin and hurt my fingers then I pick my colour to be clear I wanted a nude colour knowing on how it will come out but then she says no not that one, don't even look and that colours... Then I asked for almond nails and this is not almond this is more of a long round nail and I am not happy at all...I'm really not happy...I HOPE BOA BEAUTY DURBANVILLE UNDERSTANDS HOW DISAPPOINTING THIS WAS....I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE OR TO USE THERE SERVICES....
