Humiliation from BOA SANDOWN,Sandown crossing

I booked the summer special which costs R390 at BOA beauty bar Sandown,Cape Town. They made me pay R320 after only doing my hands, They humiliated me about my nails, nomally I do my nails at Table bay mall branch, and they normally build my toe nail since I had an ingrowing toe nail and I have never had issues there. The humiliation and embarrassment they caused me today, especially the lady called Mischa who was very rude to me as a customer. They need to learn treat customers better, went there with high expectioms left with humiliation.They hired Zimbabwean ladies as nail techs, I hope they have work permits.
