DON'T COME HERE

I had a very disappointing experience with BOA at Riverside Mall. I got a gel manicure on the 29th of July 2025, and by the second week, my nails had already started chipping badly — one even came off completely. This is unacceptable for a gel manicure, especially when it was supposed to last at least 3 to 4 weeks.

When I reached out for help, I was met with delayed, automated-sounding replies and no real accountability. I was told it was outside of their 7-day correction period, but the poor quality speaks for itself.

There was no proper resolution offered and no effort to truly assist me as a paying customer. I won't be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend them to others based on how my complaint was handled.

Unprofessional service and poor quality. It's time businesses like this are held accountable
