BOA NAIL BAR

I had a mani and pedi done at BOA Mushroom Farm Centre on Fri 31 October 2025. The pedi was good and the nail technician was lovely but the lady doing my mani did not do a good job at all ! I had rubber base on my nails which she filed off to my nail bed after me mentioning that I have very weak nails. She was rough and was way too interested in what was going on next to us that I had to remind her to carry on with my nails ! My nails are in such a bad way now that they are breaking on a daily basis !! I went back to complain and the assistance manager was not helpful at all and all she said was she would speak to the lady. She did not ask who I was and when I visited so realised she wasn’t going to even bother. Pity as it is a very pretty location but won’t be going back there.
