BOA Beauty Bar CBD Health Violation

I recently did my nails at BOA Beauty CBD establishment and the nail tech neglected health concerns to clean and sanitize equipment which resulted in me getting a fungus infection on my finger nails. This completely ruined my cuticles to the point that I have incredibly bad skin peels, scabs, itching, burns, skin cracks and my fingers can no longer bend because of the harding of my skin.

After receiving the advice of a medical professional finding evidence of a foot fungus on my finger nails. I made contact with the owner providing evidence of pictures and documents. The owner responded in a refusal to assist me in any way saying “it will go away on its own.”
